Article 1. Purpose

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the Realmate service ("Service") provided by LABOON ("Company"). These Terms define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and its users.

Article 2. Definitions

• "Service" refers to Realmate, an AI-based character interaction service, and all related services provided by the Company.
• "User" refers to any person who uses the Service in accordance with these Terms.
• "Coins" refer to the virtual currency purchased to access premium content within the Service.
• "Character" refers to AI-based virtual persons that Users can interact with within the Service.

Article 3. Effectiveness and Modification of Terms

• These Terms become effective when posted on the Service or otherwise communicated to Users.
• The Company may modify these Terms within the bounds of applicable law, with at least 7 days' prior notice before the effective date of changes.
• Users who do not agree to the modified Terms may discontinue use of the Service and withdraw their account.

Article 4. Description of Service

The Service includes the following:

• AI character conversations and interactions
• Relationship progression system (Interest → Crush → Lover)
• Events and mission system
• AI dating coach service
• RealGram (in-app social feed)
• Other services developed by the Company

Article 5. Account Registration

• Users may need to register an account to use the Service and must provide accurate information.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials.
• Unauthorized use of another person's account is prohibited.

Article 6. Coins and Paid Services

• Users may purchase Coins through in-app purchases.
• Coins are used to access premium content, including premium events, dating coach, and special stories.
• Purchased Coins are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as required by applicable law.
• Validity periods and usage conditions for Coins are specified within the Service.

Article 7. User Obligations

Users shall not engage in the following activities:

• Registering false information
• Using the Service for illegal activities
• Collecting other users' personal information without authorization
• Interfering with the normal operation of the Service
• Reproducing or distributing Service content without permission
• Maliciously sharing AI character conversation content

Article 8. Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property rights to Service content (characters, images, text, voice, UI, etc.) belong to the Company.
• Users may not commercially use Service content without the Company's prior consent.

Article 9. Service Interruption and Modification

• The Company may temporarily suspend the Service for system maintenance or equipment replacement.
• The Company may modify or terminate the Service with prior notice to Users.

Article 10. Disclaimer

• AI character conversations are provided for entertainment purposes only and do not constitute real personal advice or opinions.
• The Company does not guarantee any specific results from using the Service.
• The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events including natural disasters, war, or cyberattacks.

Article 11. Dispute Resolution

• Disputes related to these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
• Any litigation arising from the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Company's headquarters.
