「리턴 투 1990」 (개발자: LABOON) 계정과 데이터를 삭제하는 방법

1. 게임 안에서 삭제

1. 게임 실행 → 오른쪽 위 톱니바퀴(설정)
2. "계정 삭제" → 안내를 읽고 확인

삭제하면 클라우드 저장, 골드·기억의 조각·패키지, 순위, 우편, 문의 기록이 지워지며 되돌릴 수 없습니다.

2. 앱을 이미 지웠거나 게임에 들어갈 수 없는 경우

dev.mark2357@gmail.com으로 "계정 삭제 요청"을 보내 주세요. 설정 화면의 계정 ID나 구글 플레이 주문번호(GPA로 시작)를 알려 주시면 본인 계정을 찾을 수 있습니다. 10일 안에 처리하고 결과를 알려 드립니다.

3. 삭제되는 정보와 보관되는 정보

• 바로 삭제: 게임 계정 식별자, 닉네임, 게임 진행 기록, 재화·원장, 순위, 우편, 고객 문의(회신 이메일 포함)
• 법령에 따라 보관 후 삭제: 결제 기록 5년, 소비자 분쟁 기록 3년, 접속 기록 3개월
• 분석 도구(Firebase)의 익명 통계는 최대 14개월 뒤 자동 삭제

How to delete your RETURN TO 1990 (developer: LABOON) account and data

1. In the Game

Open the Game → Settings (gear icon, top right) → "Delete account" → confirm. Your cloud save, currency, packages, rankings, mail and support history are deleted permanently.

2. If you can no longer open the Game

Email dev.mark2357@gmail.com with "Account deletion request" and your account ID or a Google Play order number (starts with GPA). We process requests within 10 days.

3. What is deleted and what is kept

Deleted immediately: account ID, nickname, game progress, currency and ledger, rankings, mail, support messages. Kept as required by law, then deleted: purchase records 5 years, dispute records 3 years, access logs 3 months. Anonymous analytics (Firebase) expire automatically within 14 months.
